General questions
How much does help with applications cost?
The cost depends on the type of application and the work involved. The enquiry and the first conversation are free of charge – you will know exactly what to expect in advance. No VAT is charged (small business scheme).
Which applications can you help with?
Among others, applications to the Finanzamt, PVA, ÖGK, SVS, AMS and MA 40 and MA 50 – for example family allowance, employee tax assessment, ID Austria, pension, care allowance, childcare allowance, minimum income support, housing allowance or unemployment benefit.
My form is not listed – can you still help?
Very probably, yes. We also support you with many other forms and dealings with authorities. Simply write to us and tell us what it is about.
Is the information also available in other languages?
Yes, our website is available in German, English, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and Turkish. Forms are usually submitted in German – we explain every point to you clearly. We will be happy to tell you when you enquire which languages are possible for a personal consultation.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually at short notice. If you have an urgent deadline, please tell us straight away in your enquiry – we will try to find an appointment as quickly as possible.
Do I have to come to Baden?
No. Our accessible office is in Baden near Vienna, but we also help by phone and online – for customers from Vienna, Lower Austria and all of Austria.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Photo ID, your e-card or social security number, any letters you have already received from the authority and – depending on the application – the relevant supporting documents. You will find a detailed list on the relevant service page.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes. We treat all documents in strict confidence, process your data in line with the GDPR and use it solely for your application.
Do you offer legal or tax advice?
No. We provide practical support with filling in and submitting forms based on the information you give us. For legal or tax advice, we refer you to the Arbeiterkammer (Chamber of Labour), lawyers or tax advisers.
